Highly recommend this company. Called for an estimate and Rich came to do it. He couldn’t have been nicer and very easy to work with. He came on time, answered all my questions and within minutes had my estimate ready. Great guy, great communication! Got a call from Protree weeks before we expected them to come to cut down several trees. James and his crew did an exceptional job. James was very respectful to me and cleared four trees quickly and left my property and the street along our home in excellent condition. The last crew that came to grind the roots were also a great crew and left our property in excellent condition. From start to finish this company did an exception job. They all worked very hard and we were very pleased with the finished job. We will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to our family and friends.

This team is top notch! Noah’s communication was great. Came to our business in Bala Cynwyd exactly in the timeframe they said they would, the job was extremely efficient, and cleaned up when they were done. Job looks fantastic. For icing on the cake, they were about half the cost of our other quote. Thank you Pro Tree!!! Would absolutely recommend.

They arrived during the time frame they gave us. Their workers were very nice and respected our property and when they were done the did an awesome clean up job you would have never known they were here.

I was delaying getting my tree cut down because I could not fathom spending the money on the cost that I got from seven different tree companies. Finally pro tree reached out to me because they were doing free estimates in the area, and I jumped on it. They were the best price and significantly lower than the other estimates that I got. They had a cancellation and called me to do it very quickly. They did an amazing job, wereprofessional, and cleaned up my property perfectly!

Had three beech trees taken down. Crew showed up on time, worked safely and very efficiently. These were not small trees and they had to work around under story vegetation that we thought would all have to come out as well to facilitate their work. All of it is still in place and minimal damage was done. Clean up was excellent and logs were removed that afternoon. Would highly recommend Pro Tree. High ratings for office staff, arborist and crews!

I have worked with PROTREE for many years. At first, I thought that because of the name it was probably some corporate entity, but it is quite the opposite. It is a small company with very personalized service. Rich, who is an Arborist and seems to be an expert on all things that grow, is super personable, smart, and very accommodating. I always feel comfortable signing on to work with this company after speaking with him.On at least a few occasions, Eric, the foreman, has been on my jobs supervising his crew. He is very careful, polite, and knowledgeable. I value my property and trees A LOT, and I have felt very comfortable trusting the PROTREE staff for all of my tree work. I highly recommend that you check them out.
